On Monday we received a call from a landlord for whom we performed a storage heater repair not long ago at one of her properties in London area. This time one of her tenants, located in Birkbeck Road SW19, was facing a problem with the immersion water heater that wasn’t working, so he had no hot water.
We scheduled the visit from one of our electricians for the next day, at the time the tenant was available. Our engineer arrived there on time and first performed a check of the water heater as requested by the landlord and called her in order to let her know his findings and the work that needs to be done in order to repair the Super Seven – Economy 7 immersion water heater. After getting the approval from the landlord, the electrical engineer drained the entire system, provided and replaced both elements and restored functionality of the water heater.
Our client was once again impressed by the professionalism of our electrical engineer and by the fact that he cleaned up the work area, leaving the place tidy.
